We only process the data you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email: name, company, phone number, project location, the technical profile you need and any notes you choose to add.

The request form on this site neither sends nor stores anything. It only composes a WhatsApp message with your answers, which you decide to send yourself from your own app.

We use this data to answer your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

The optional note in the form is processed with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), only when you choose that channel to contact us.
• Our web hosting provider, with its server in the European Union, which records technical access logs.
• We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

• Request data: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case the applicable legal periods apply.
• Technical server logs: for a limited period and for security purposes only.

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification, erasure or portability, restriction of processing, or object to it, and withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Just write to us at the email address below.

If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or with the supervisory authority in your own country, for example the AEPD in Spain or the CNIL in France.

This site uses a single first-party cookie, “souza-lang”, and stores the same value in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It remembers the language you choose, is only created when you change language, and the cookie lasts 12 months. It is a functional cookie, strictly necessary for that choice.

We use no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. Google Maps only appears as an external link: if you open it, Google's privacy policy applies. To open the site in your language, our own server looks up, at that moment, which country the visit's IP address comes from (local DB-IP database, db-ip.com, CC BY 4.0 licence); the IP is not stored or shared.

You can delete the cookie and local storage in your browser settings, under privacy or site data. The site will keep working and will choose the language automatically again.

As a company based in Portugal, we provide access to the official electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações).
